Evaluation Volunteers
There are 558 volunteer shifts that need to be fulfilled to support the evaluation process, and the Association will need support from our entire membership this season.

What can you do?
There are four different roles to fill.
- Check-in Desk/Jersey Coordinator
- Dressing Room/Bench Supervisor
- On-ice Helper
- Timekeeper
Once again, we are using Volunteer Local to make volunteering easy. You can sign-up, receive reminders, and cancel shifts.
Last season, we only filled 454 shifts, leaving 104 unfulfilled. Unfortunately, this impacted the process, and scrimmages were without timekeepers or proper supervision. This year, we are aiming for 100% filled. We want our player's experience at evaluations to be consistent, safe and stress-free. You are a big part of this!
For each scheduled event, if shifts are not filled one week prior, all registrants will be notified of vacancies.
If the volunteer positions are not filled 24 hours before the start of the event, the scrimmage will be closed to spectators.
