PROGRAM LEADERS

Chevan Wilson

This season, we are pleased to offer the services of one of our dedicated skill coaches, Chevan Wilson.  As a former St. Albert Raider, Chevan Wilson has a unique connection to our hockey community. He boasts an extensive playing career across multiple leagues, with an impressive 216 games played in the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL). In the 2004-2005 season, he captained the AJHL Championship-winning team, the Fort McMurray Oil Barons. After his playing career, Chevan transitioned his focus to player skill development and most recently worked as a lead instructor with Perfect Skate. This year, Chevan joined St. Albert Minor Hockey as a player skills coach, bringing his experience and passion to the ongoing development of players in our program. He currently works with the Junior Raiders U9 and U11 teams and the U13 Tier 1 teams. Additionally, he runs a technical skating clinic through the STA Advance program.

Dave Rathjen Goaltending - Dave has been a valued partner of the St. Albert Raiders and St. Albert Minor Hockey for four years. He had a successful junior career in the WHL, BCHL, and with the University of Alberta Golden Bears.
