Community stream hockey is St. Albert Minor Hockey's largest program. Players are placed on teams with players of similar skill and ability. STA Teams (U9-U18) travel throughout Edmonton and the surrounding area to play approximately 20 games a season and practice weekly. St. Albert Minor Hockey Association is a member of the Edmonton Federation Hockey League (EFHL) and follows the playing rules outlined by the EFHL.

The Community hockey program includes the following divisions: U9, U11, U13, U15, and U18.
