Evaluation Volunteers
There are 558 volunteer shifts that need to be fulfilled to support the evaluation process, and the Association will need support from our entire membership this season.

What can you do?
There are four different roles to fill.
- Check-in Desk
- Jersey Coordinator
- Bench Supervisor
- On-ice Helper (U9)
- Timekeeper
We're using Volunteer Local to make volunteering easy. You can sign up, receive reminders, and cancel shifts all in one place.

Last season, we only filled 649 shifts, leaving 179 unfilled. Unfortunately, this impacted the evaluation process, and scrimmages were conducted without timekeepers or proper supervision.
This year, we are aiming for 100% filling. We want our players' experience at evaluations to be consistent, safe, and stress-free. You are a big part of this!
If shifts are not filled one week before each scheduled event, all registrants will be notified of vacancies.
If the volunteer positions are not filled 24 hours before the start of the event, the scrimmage will be closed to spectators.
