• Support the activities of the division (year-end jamboree(U7), minor hockey week, etc)
• Support the evaluation process and work with the Volunteer Director to support volunteer recruitment at evaluations.
• Support the distribution and return of SAMHA equipment.
• Attend Coach & Manager meetings at the start of the season.
• Promote the Association’s overall objective of ensuring an enjoyable hockey experience for all players.
• Work with the Association Registrar to ensure that all volunteers within the division have the necessary qualifications outlined by Hockey Alberta.
• Presents any matters or issues arising from the division to the Operations Coordinator.
• Familiarity with SAMHA Policies is required; ideally, the Coordinator has a player in the division they are volunteering to support.
