All issues, concerns, and grievances will be dealt with in the spirit of shared mutual respect.

All complaints will be handled in a timely, sensitive, responsible and confidential manner. There will be no tolerance of reprisals taken against any party to a complaint. The names of the parties and the circumstances of the complaint will be kept confidential to the public or unrelated parties, except where the disclosure is necessary for the purpose of the invention or to take disciplinary measures.

To report an incident related to officiating, please review section 4.6.1 Officiating Incident Reporting Policy, within the SAMHA Policies.

To report an incident your email address and name are not required.
